Darkness

Well, I ordered a navy coat and when it arrived I swore it was black because it was so dark. I was certain it was black, but the person I spoke with (yes, I got right through to their service department) said to check the label the navy is very dark. Sure enough, it was navy. The coat is awesome, I’m just not overly pleased with the darkness. If I wanted black, I would have ordered black.

Hi Michael,
Some people LOVE how subtle our dark navy is. I'm so sorry it was darker than you hoped, but I hope when you wear it outdoors you really see the navy pop. Since you like and appreciate the incredible warmth, quality, cut and performance - if you could kindly consider changing your review since you do love the coat it would be appreciated.
Thank you!
