Great customer service and great fit. I reached out to ask about sizing and person who response, Katie, was very responsive, very helpful, and the size was perfectly fitted which is something I was concerned with since I live in Atlanta, GA and wouldnt have been able to come to the store in NYC to try it on. I ended up getting M and I am 6'0" and weight 185. The fit is snug but with enough room to wear with a sweater or quarter zip.
Otherwise, the quality of the jacket is outstanding and the blend of down and wool outer makes it as warm or warmer than my insulated ski coat with great wind resistance without the bulk you would expect to achieve that level of warmth and comfort.
I was looking for a coat to take to the Winter Olympics in Italy this year and saw an add for this Norwegian Wool Euro Coat. Having now worn it before the trip, I know that I picked the perfect garment to keep me warm as well as to look stylish in both a formal and casual setting.
