WARMTH
Our winter coats are lined with a fully authentic down fill of a 750 fill power. The down is quilted with an inner sac to prevent any down leakage. Most of our coats are designed to withstand subfreezing temperatures of around -10 degrees Fahrenheit / -23 degrees Celsius.


BREATHABILITY
We understand that many of our customers need our coats to be breathable and stay cool during more mild weather, or when worn while commuting inside cars or trains. Therefore, we make our coats from natural materials that are designed to heat regulate and allow for comfortable wearing in a broad range of temperatures.


VERSATILITY
Our coats are designed to be very versatile and can be worn both dressy and casual. The armholes and wrists are made to comfortably wear over blazers and suits. Even our shorter winter coats are long enough to cover suit jackets by about 2 inches.


TAILORING
 We offer many different cuts and fits but we want the coat to be the perfect fit for our customers so we design the coats to be easily tailorable.  The sleeves are cut on the longer side but we design them with about 2" of material in the cuff before the down lining starts.  This make any shortening or lengthening a simple job for all tailors.  The body of the coats can also be taken in.


SHIPPING
We provide free shipping to all locations worldwide and we fully cover any customs & duties fees for shipments outside of the U.S. 


RETURNS
All full priced items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving merchandise.  For a full refund, merchandise must be unworn and in sellable condition with all original hang tags attached.  Any returns made after 30 days will not be accepted.  Clearance items are always final sale.

The 30 days begins the day it shows delivered to the customer.  The item must be returned or en route with tracking by day 30 to be eligible for a full refund.  Initiating a return by that date does not qualify.

Non-eligible returns or exchanges include final sale, worn, washed, dry cleaned, damaged or altered items. Gifted items are eligible for exchange only if the merchandise is unworn and in sellable condition with original hang and price tags attached. 

Expedited shipping charges are non refundable.

REPAIRS/WARRANTY
We use only high-quality materials and produce in only high-level manufacturing facilities to ensure that our products last.

Additionally, Norwegian Wool provides a limited warranty against defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of receipt.  This warranty excludes any damage caused by the customer and/or is not a result of a manufacturing defect. Receipt / Proof of Purchase is required.

To inquire about a repair please email us at info@norwegian-wool.com and include: your name, proof of purchase, details about the issue, and pictures or videos that show the problem. Please allow 2-3 business days for our team to review the provided information. It is possible that we will need the coat to be sent to our New York facility for further evaluation. If it is determined to be within warranty, Norwegian Wool will oversee and cover any needed repairs or will provide a replacement item at no cost to the customer. If the item cannot be fixed, we will explore other ways to resolve the issue.
