GENERAL GUIDELINES

All Norwegian Wool winter coats are warm, waterproof and windproof. They are designed to be light on the body, commuter friendly, and versatile to be worn dressy or casual.

MEN'S:

All of our coats are designed to have a tailored look while also fitting comfortably over a sport jacket.  Additionally, we offer the below 3 fits:

 

Slim Fit is our most tailored fitting coat.  It offers the slimmest waist while still allowing room for a blazer or layers underneath.

Modern Fit is our in between offering and boasts a slightly narrower waist than our regular fit for a very clean and contemporary look.

Regular Fit is are our most classic look and offers the most room in the chest and waist while still maintaining a sharp, tailored aesthetic.

 

COMMUTERS

The City Active Parka, Car Coat and the Euro Coat are commuter favorites! These styles are cut shorter for comfortable sitting while still long enough to cover a blazer or suit jacket.

 

BUSINESS PROFESSIONAL & FORMAL EVENTS

These 3 styles: Euro Coat,  3/4 Length Coat, and Topcoat are popular among customers who want that slightly dressier or longer look.  In order of length, the Euro Coat is the shortest of the long coats measuring at 35.5” (hits approximately below hips) and has a removeable bib.  The 3/4 Length Coat measures 37.5" (hits approximately mid-thigh) and has a pop-able classic fold collar.  The Topcoat is the longest Men's coat measuring at 42" long (hits approximately right above the knee) and has a stand collar. 

 

HOODS

We have a number of styles that feature hoods. The City Active Parka and the Hooded Euro Coat have down lined hoods that are removeable and can be tucked into the coat. Our Hooded Carcoats feature a cashmere cotton lined tuckaway hood.  Our lighter weight Raincoat and Traveler Coats also feature water resistant nylon tuckaway hoods.

TRAVEL

Our Stretch Wool Carcoat, Euro Coats and Traveler Coats are all great options for someone looking for a light-on-the-body, wrinkle-resistant option great for packing. Of the three options, the Traveler Coats have less down, the Euro Coats have more, and the Car Coats have the most while still feeling light on the body.  Our Raincoat is also a favorite amongst travelers since it’s super light and easy to pack but provides a tremendous amount of protection and has a removable neck bib for additional coverage.

The Parka, Short Wrap, and City Coat are comfortable for your daily commute while keeping you looking confidently professional, stylish, and sophisticated.

 

 

BUSINESS PROFESSIONAL & FORMAL EVENTS

The City Coats are our go-to for formal events. Fully down lined and offering the most coverage, they’ll keep you warm while still looking chic and put together, even over delicate or sleeveless cocktail attire.

 

  

 

HOODS

The Bomber, Parka, and Wrap all feature down-lined hoods. The Bomber’s hood is removable and trimmed with authentic, naturally water-resistant shearling.
