Norwegian Wool always offers Free Standard Shipping WORLDWIDE. All customs/duties are included in shipping costs and covered by Norwegian Wool.  

 

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is available at checkout.  Orders will ship same-day if they are submitted before 1pm EST on a business day.  Otherwise, they will ship the next business day with the selected method.

 

Global Shipping

We ship to customers worldwide.  Simply choose global shipping at checkout.  All customs/duties are included in shipping costs and covered by Norwegian Wool.  

 

Return Policy

Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving merchandise.  For a full refund, merchandise must be unworn and in sellable condition with original hang and price tags attached.  Any returns made after 30 days will not be accepted.

Non-eligible returns or exchanges include discounted merchandise, final sale, worn, washed, dry cleaned, damaged or altered items. 

Gifted items and gift receipts are eligible for exchanges only if the merchandise is unworn and in sellable condition with original hang and price tags attached.  

Expedited shipping charges are non refundable. Once received and processed, refunds will reflect on your account in 5-7 business days.  

Exchanges are always free.  Returns are free in the US and $95 internationally.  To begin a return, please email info@norwegian-wool.com or stop in any of our retail locations. 

  

Repair Policy/Warranty

Norwegian Wool stands behind the quality of its products.   

Should anything happen beyond normal wear and tear, including known manufacturer defects, please contact Norwegian Wool directly.  Norwegian Wool will inspect and assess the damaged item, while staying in communication with the customer. If a repair is deemed necessary, or the item is beyond repair, customers will be notified of their options.

This policy does not cover any repairs needed due to accidents, improper care, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

To initiate a repair, please email Norwegian Wool at info@norwegian-wool.com or stop in any of our retail locations.       

Any unworn items with all tags on can be returned within 30 days.  Please email  info@norwegian-wool.com with your order number to arrange a return.
