The coat is great. The reason I am deducting one star from the rating is that I had really wanted the cashmere version of the coat and none was available which was disappointing.
Hi David, I'm sorry you weren't able to find the specific coat you hoped; we sold out of some styles much faster than expected this year. the zipper is not smooth and seems to be off, otherwise this is a great coat!

I've been wearing it non-stop since I got it and it's very warm and comfortable without missing style. But I've gotten a suggestion, since it buttons up on the side, the other side of the coat tends to hang and the tip of it can be seen. It's an easy fix, just a button on the other side would keep it adjusted and in place. Other than that it's a beautiful, useful and awesome garment.
