Sleeve holes too small

Please see my email thread with Estefania, your customer service coordinator; the last exchange was Sept. 20. This is a beautiful coat, but the sleeve openings are too small, and the coat is uncomfortable. Plus, I can't get it over a blazer. I must return it for a refund.
